Install .Apk And Put Cache In (Sd/Android/Data)
if u have already placed cache and game is asking for cache again and again
then follow this step
-open the game

-when it asks for cache press the back button and immidiately press the home button
-then u will see that in notification pannel its written gta 3 is running
-click on that and VOILLLLA game is started
